Guests will be immersed in the most traditional Spain in this space that takes us back to the 15th century, paying homage to the Catholic Monarchs, whose union meant the union of the two Hispanic Crowns. Both worked together to unify their dominions and promote their development. He, skilful, intelligent and astute. She, one of the most outstanding monarchs of modern Europe, predeceased him and arranged in her will to be buried next to her husband, from whom she never wanted to be separated.  They both rest today in the so-called sepulchre of the Catholic Monarchs in the Royal Chapel of Granada (Andalusia). The Catholic Monarchs were the beginning of a dynasty that would lead to the creation of the Spanish Empire in the 16th century.  

This flat is located on the first floor of the Palace (it has 3 floors).   

The majesty of the Catholic Monarchs is present in the decoration of this flat, a huge photograph of a fragment of the work of "Santa Catalina de Siena" by Yañez (the original painting is in the Prado Museum) presides over the living room.  

A long corridor leads to the bedroom which has a bed (1,80 x2m) for two people, a 42" plasma TV, large wardrobes and a spacious bathroom with an American shower.  

In the living room we will find a cosy modern space with a sofa that can be converted into a 140 x 190m bed for two people and a 36" plasma TV.  Both the sofa and the armchairs are of design and stand out for their comfort.   

The modern open plan kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and complete kitchenware.    

We love the Louis XV style chest of drawers in the bedroom, the balcony in the living room, the view from the bedroom... we like everything.
